At the beginning of the spring semester the Environmental Science class worked on some projects in the IOP courtyard garden. The first task we took on was the completion of the greenhouse, by covering it with plastic and adding a dutch door. Our next big job was to sheet mulch, cover beds with cardboard and leaves, the perennial beds and veggie rows. We brought about 25 yards of leaves into the courtyard for this undertaking.
