Growing up in the small caring community of Ashland Oregon Bliss learned how people can help each other. After high school she became affiliated and enamored with Rotary International, a community service organization that sent her to Minas Gerais, Brazil as a Youth Exchange Student in 1999-2000. It was an amazing experience that forever changed her life and inspired her to take a more proactive stand at changing the world. Bliss is a camp counselor for Rotary Youth Leadership in Oregon. She is continually amazed and enthused by the youths that she encounters. Currently she lives and studies in San Diego CA. She is fluent in Spanish and Portuguese and will be the translator and troublemaker of the trip.
